Pounding the Pudd

There is a guy at work known in certain circles as 'The Pudd". Actually, he is "the Pudd, the Sequel" since the original Pudd got canned. The new pudd is quite a dork, tho. I am not mentioning any names because he might be reading this here blog. Pounding the pudd is code for playing pranks, or shinanigans on people. Popping bags is fun. Great fun. They are loud, and it usually scares everyone. I have some video of some bag popping and seat jumping on my phone. What else? I've been doing a little riding, lifting, etc. Going pretty good. I have new wheels on my bike, an old set of Helium tubulars. They ride nice, I forgot how nice tubies are. I always swore I would never have another set of tubulars. I guess I've let myself down. Man, there is just not a lot going on. I am in the process of downloading the album "To Serve man" by Cattle Decapitation. These guys are vegan and against the killing of animals (which I am not, I love a bloody steak). Pretty extreme metal, though. I am still playing Resident Evil 4, I am stuck in this stupid farmhouse with zombies coming at me from all sides. Through the windows, up the stairs, I keep getting smoked. Dillon is growing at an amazing rate and it really trying to walk. Last night was the first Tuesday night Worlds of the year, I played hookey. It starts too late, ends too late for me. I would get home after the little guy went to bed, and that is no good. I have to be there to kiss him goodnight (sounds gay, but it is true). I guess I am getting soft in my old age. I have been playing bass guitar too. I used to play years ago, so I decided to get one to tinker around on. Actually, I would like to get together and play with some people. Something else: the time change really f'ed me up. I am really tired and not getting enough sleep it seems. Sucks.

Jason--

It was excellent talking to you on Sunday. It seems I've not been able to talk with many new fathers about what it all means. Look forward to talking with you again soon.
